Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. We had insurance issues upon checking in for new patient appointment, completely my fault, the front desk staff were so helpful and patient. Dr. Bynum and his staff were so kind, such a joy to be around!

I was traveling through Valdosta and had a temporary crown come loose while eating lunch. I was in a tough spot and called the first place that came up on Google. These lovely folks got me in within the hour. Not only that, but they onboarded me as if I was going to be their patient for life. It was true southern hospitality.
I’m literally scheming how to get all my dental care done in Valdosta. Going back to my regular dentist for the permanent crown was so pale in comparison.

This practice is the best dental practice I have ever been to ! The staff is amazing , professional , friendly , informative , punctual , thorough . I am highly satisfied with my care .
