North Valdosta Dental Care was phenomenal! I was so nervous going to my first “adult” dentist appointment after a couple years of not going and they made me feel like I had been there for years. Front desk was extremely friendly and explained the process well as well as any billing. Shannon my hygienist was amazing, I will be asking for her every time! She made sure I was comfortable and knew what she was doing at all times and took the time to get to know me. Dr. Allen was amazing as well! This place is THE STANDARD for how every dental visit should be. The professionalism, charismatic, and gentleness from the front staff is a 10/10. Mrs. Sherry made me feel so at home and cared for with the facility walk through. Shannon was very informative and gentle with my cleaning! Her knowledge expands many horizons! Dr. Allen was such a joy. Her patience and professionalism has completely changed my mind on future dentist visits. The whole staff and experience was incredible. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. We had insurance issues upon checking in for new patient appointment, completely my fault, the front desk staff were so helpful and patient. Dr. Bynum and his staff were so kind, such a joy to be around!
